Ken’s nephew Darren would be 42 today. The poor lad and his father died in a car accident when he was quite young.

Jack's Funeral

Tyrone is freaks out cause he can’t find his black tie. Connie tells him not to worry that everyone is having a hard time. Someone knocks on the door and Connie goes to see who. Rita brings Ty some pocket kleenex just in case. Emily also comes to see if there is anything that they can do and Molly makes tea. Kevin is shinning his shoes like crazy. He tells Sally that he is worried about Ty. Tyrone is out back when Rita comes out to check on him. He knows that the back ally was Jack’s place and how it always will be. Ty is having a hard time writing down his memories. Rita tells him that he will remember them forever and that is what matters. Molly tells them that the cars are there. Claire comes out and makes eye contact with Ashley but they don’t speak. Everyone has a sombre face on when they see the casket in the hurst. But everyone on the street lines up and Jim starts an applause for Jack and everyone joins in. At the funeral home everyone is sad but especially Ty. He places the picture of baby Jack and Jack on the casket. The tension between everyone is present but they all ignore it for a while. Ashley is tearing up and Claire comes over to comfort him. Tyrone is too upset to sing hymns but he does get up and speak on Jack’s behalf. He starts to read his speech but the kind look of Rita got him to crumple it and speak from the heart. “When he knew he was dying the one thing he clung to was the thought that they (Vera and him) would be together again.” Tyrone talks about how Jack was his father even though they weren’t blood related. “…thats why I’m proud to call him my father and why I’m going to miss him so much.” He starts to cry and goes to the casket and Kevin goes and comforts him. The curtain closes slowly. At the Rover’s Betty is getting the spread ready for the reception. Betty and Ty are laughing about Jack’s funny traits. Maria tells Ty how lovely his speech was. Molly thanks Kevin for comforting Ty. She tells him that she knows now how he must feel and he reminded her why she liked him in the first place. Claire tells Ashley that she feels ashamed that she didn’t do what Jack wanted before he died. Ashley tells her that if it takes moving to France to make her happy than he will. Kevin gives a speech for Jack. “We are going to miss his wisdom” Kevin says he wishes that he was AS quick to know what is right. Kevin gets choked up. “To Jack” every one toasts. Ty tells Molly that he needs to talk to her. She gets uncomfortable and he says “Nothing would make me happier than to have another kid.“

Carla lays it on thick

Peter sees Carla after picking up Jack’s wreath. Peter quizzes her about drinking she swears she didn’t. Carla tells him that she will probably loose her license. Carla tells him to pop around after the funeral and tells him that she will come to the AA meeting next time. Michelle asks Carla what kind of cakes she wants when she is on her way out. Carla blows Michelle off and Michelle doesn’t look impressed. Peter shows up at Carla’s and she is in a towel alone. He suspects something is up right away. She moves in close and he tells her “…this can’t happen” he reminds her that Leanne is her best mate and he says “I want Leanne more that is why I’m marrying her” and Carla says that Leanne doesn’t deserve him. Carla stops him from leaving and says that he better hurry back to her.

Leanne tells Carla she was drunk...

Simon is so excited to tell Grandad Ken about how he is the Best Man’s assistant. Peter tells Ken that he is going to the funeral he just needs to get a wreath. Leanne tells Peter that she is feeling much better. Leanne calls Carla and tells her to ignore her and that she was making all the stuff up about Nick. Leanne is doing the schedule and Nick makes a comment on how easy it is for her to make sure they never work alone together. “Do you want to marry Peter?” he asks and she replies “Yes… I do!“

Chesney picks his girlfriend over family.

Charlotte shows up at the Stape’s and she tells John that she wants to sleep at night too but she can’t. He thinks its Fiz showing up suddenly but its actually Ches and Katy. He shoves Charlotte in the back. John tells them to go upstairs and he pretends he hasn’t seen them. Charlotte picks up Chesney’s keys as he shoves her out the door. Charlotte watches Ches and Katy leave. Fiz comes home with John and they catch Katy and Ches making out on the couch. Katy’s shirt is undone. Fiz then agrees with Owen that those kids shouldn’t see eachother anymore and Chesney tells them he is moving out.

Gary is hurt and his Mum is happy to see him.

Anna and Eddie arrive at the hospital to see Gary. He is there and he is pretty beat up. “Hiya Mum” he says as Anna smuthers him in kisses. Eddie gets choked up and walks away to “find a chair”.

Jim thinks Liz is avoiding him...

Becky is tells Jim he has to look forward and stop worrying about his mistakes. He says “I won the lottery the night I met Elizabeth” and guesses that she is avoiding him.

NOW for my opinions:

Honestly I BAWLED during Ty’s speech. He is so strong and I wonder if things would be the same if he knew about Kevin and Molly and how he isn’t baby Jack’s real father. Poor Tyrone just can’t catch a break.

That Carla is wicked. She steals Liam from Maria and now Peter from Leanne? Why can’t she just get her own man? BOOO HER!

Leanne is also in the wrong and I wish she would confess or quit…. cause I have this feeling that her and Nick are going to end up together. OR she is pregnant…. who knows….

Fiz did the right thing telling Katy and Ches that they were wrong BUT I don’t think she should have pushed it so far as to get him to move out… I hope he saves Fiz from John and the whole Charlotte thing.

I HOPE that Liz comes back before Jim leaves… it always makes for the best drama!

Peter says he needs to know what is going on (Nick and Leanne in the apartment alone yelling at each other). Nick tells Peter that Leanne wants to quit and Peter gets mad that Nick is being so uptight about her taking a day off. Peter goes off on Nick and asks him to apologize. Leanne tells him to forget it and that they will move on. Nick leaves and Leanne gets mad that Peter intervened. He gives her the flowers he bought earlier. Carla revs her engine when she happens on Peter walking down the street. Carla says she will miss her car when it gets taken away. Carla asks Peter to miss his AA meeting to go to dinner for her. Michelle walks up when they are chatting and gives Carla heck for not calling. Carla shrugs her off until the morning. Ciaran is telling Cheryl what being the best man is all about. Nick sits down at the table with Leanne and they are already fighting with each other. He tells her that he meant his apology. She reminds Nick that what was said to Peter stands “It won’t happen again.” Nick tells her that he loves his business but he loves her more and its her problem if she doesn’t get it. Carla sees Leanne and Nick fighting while sitting at the bar. Leanne comes out and gets a bottle of wine. Carla runs out on Michelle again and goes after Leanne as her excuse. Carla is prying about wedding plans and declines to drink with Leanne. Leanne drops the name “Carl” and Carla is shocked. Leanne sounds jealous and Carla calls her out. Leanne is pounding back the last of the wine and she runs off. Michelle is complaining to Ciaran about Carla. He smiles and she tells him its not funny. He cheers her up with some compliments. Back at Leanne and Peter’s pad having a drink Leanne asks if Carla has a man. Leanne starts asking about who it is. She guesses that he is a “taken man”. “We like it messy.” says Leanne. Carla asks “Why do you keep saying we?” Leanne shrugs it off by saying she had just had one too many. Leanne tells Carla that it’s not Peter. Then Leanne tells Carla that Nick has been fine then Carla asks if she slept with him. Carla guesses right away. Leanne is spilling her guts to Carla. Leanne says that she was testing her love for Peter and that she has sworn off Nick. She also tells Carla that Nick is in love with her. She tells Carla that she isn’t going to quit. Carla tells her that no matter what she is there for her. Peter shows up to find the two ladies. He asks if Carla is ok to drive and she tells him she hasn’t drank. Carla leaves and Leanne looks lost.

Get Well Soon Gary! RIP Quinney

The officer explains to the Windass’ that “according to the medical reports Gary took shrapnel to the back and legs. As well as fracturing his left arm and two ribs.” He tells them that the injuries are minor compared to others. There was 3 fatality and one of them was Gary’s friend Quinn. Anna is running around looking for passports so that she can go to Afghanistan to see Gary. She breaks down crying and Eddie assures her that Gary is coming home. Roy and Hailey have come round to see Eddie and Anna. They are telling the Croppers about Gary’s injuries. Roy tells them they need a visa to go to Afghanistan. Roy asks what is going to happen and gives Anna all the time off she needs. Hailey says that they are so proud of Gary. Anna and Hailey are a mess.

The Girls Face the Pastor

The Webster family are all going to the funeral. Rosie doesn’t’ want to go to such a sad function. Sophie tries to say her piece and Kevin goes off on her. She refuses to finish her sentence. Kevin doesn’t “…care if the girls are sensitive to religious surroundings because Tyrone has lost the only father he has ever known.” Everyone jumps on Kevin for going off on Sian and he doesn’t care because they are all due for a wake up call. He storms off to the Rover’s. Sophie tells Sally that if Sian goes than she will too. Sally says that they are behind them but it is hard when someone dies. At choir practice Sophie and Sian show up and everyone is practicing already. The Pastor calls for a break. He is surprised to see the girls and the girls are holding hands. Sophie calls the Pastor a bigot. Another girl in the group steps up and asks why he is doing this. They decide to leave “You are the loser in all this not us.” Sophie says as she leaves.

Jim wants to see Liz for his birthday

Steve gives his dad his birthday gifts. Jim is asking where Liz is and Steve thinks that its best that they don’t see each other. Steve explains to his father that Max is staying with them while his mother is away. Becky takes Max to a sleep over and Steve tells his dad that Max is a good kid. Jim compliments Steve on the beer and then asks about Liz. Steve reminds him that last time he worried about Liz he knocked out Vern. Jim asks Kevin why he looks so down. They reminisce about Jack.

NOW for my opinions:

Oh dear! I thought the Love Square was going to get exposed and all crazy today…. Sad it wasn’t more of a blow up when Peter found Leanne with Nick. But I guess that now Carla knows that Leanne has cheated she is going to use it to get Peter. I just don’t think she is going to like him as much once she gets him!

I feel so bad for Anna and Eddie finding out that their son has been very injured in a war. I also feel for the Quinn family even though we never ever met them. War never changes…

I am proud of Sophie and Sian for sticking up for themselves but I personally think they are going to have and currently have BIGGER battles. We will see what is in store for them in the future!

Its always great when OLD Jim McDonald shows up. He is hilarious and can always keep Steve on his toes! I think there is going to be some hilarious Jim/Owen debacle and that is going to piss off Liz which is always fun!

Nick NEEDS Leanne at work

Nick sits in the kitchen when Gail comes in to ask about the grand opening. Nick tells her it couldn’t have gone better. She tells Nick that they haven’t gotten the results for David’s tests yet. Leanne gets up and stands in the hall and listens to Peter and Simon talking. She runs back to bed and pulls the covers over her head. Ciaran is asking about Leanne and Nick says he doesn’t know where she is. Nick is upset but has no answers for the staff. He calls her and says if she doesn’t show up soon he will come there to see her. The girls from the factory show up to the Joinery for lunch and Nick tells them that they are fully booked. Ciaran is getting upset about Leanne not showing and wants to know if the ship is sinking and if he should jump off rather than go down with it. Nick goes over to Leanne’s and rings the bell over and over. She tells him to go away and he tells her they need to have the conversation whether she likes it or not. Leanne tells Nick she resigns and he tells her she can’t because she has worked too hard for it. He tells her that she can’t walk away but she says “watch me”

Charlotte is acting all freaked out...

Fiz tells John that she thinks that it is Rosie or Sally sending the letters. John tells her to let it go. He doesn’t want to open up old wounds and says whoever is doing it will get bored after a while. Fiz can’t believe how amazing John is for rising above it all. The card that Charlotte dropped says with sympathy to Mrs. Stape. Fiz asks Sally if she has done anything special fishing about the letters. Charlotte shows up at the Bookie’s asking if there was anything else in the mail. John tells her about the letter. He shows her the card. Charlotte tells him that she got one the same and asks him to come over to her house. Charlotte presses the fact that she wants to see him more. She is upset he isn’t listening and leaves.

Jim is back in town!

Becky and Steve have the kids out for breakfast at Roy’s. They are talking to Steve’s Dad on the phone wishing him a happy birthday. He says coming for a visit later. Becky sees the army officer at the Windass’  and tells Steve about it. As Jim shows up and they all hug.

Anna gets some bad news

Roy and Eddie Windass are arguing about Christmas cakes whether you use brandy or sherry. Anna tells Hailey about the letter she got from Gary. Anna is reading Becky her letter from Gary. Becky thinks its “Dead nice of him to send you a letter” Becky asks about the adoption and Anna tells Becky that they are just waiting for a child and Becky says they deserve it.  Anna and Eddie are talking about what kind of kid they might to get. When they see an army officer show up at their house. The army officer says that Gary is alive but he has been injured. Anna asks how bad the injury is.

Michelle is in charge

Michelle comes in to Roy’s to get her coffee for the morning and she gets a call from Carla about opening up the factory for her. Michelle is on the phone with a customer and realizes that most of the order are wrong. Michelle tells them to take the trim off of the order even though it wont work. She tells them that they need to start over and Hailey says “No worries there will be more orders with trim” Then Carla shows up and Michelle tells her that everything is fine.

Can they still be friends?

Peter takes Leanne some tea in bed. She asks Peter why he left the opening and she tells him that he should have stayed. Peter takes Simon to school and Leanne tells him that she just wants to sleep it off. Simon brings Leanne a teddy and as soon as they leave the room she starts bawling. Peter runs into Carla while he is picking out flowers for Leanne. Carla apologizes for the uncomfortable evening prior. She jokes about hiring Hailey as a chauffeur. He tells her that there are hundreds of excuses to drink but that doesn’t mean you should. He tells her she should be going to AA meetings. She wants to be sure that they are still mates. He says they are. He tells her she better check in with him later or he will hunt her down. Peter comes home with flowers and can hear Nick and Leanne arguing. Nick says “How are you going to exlain this away to Peter?” and Peter replies”Explain what?”

Ty Calls Terry to tell him about Jack

Connie arrives at Molly and Tyrone’s and Molly gets her a brew. Connie asks if there is anything she can do to help. They start to talk about hymns and which to choose for the funeral. They decide to keep the amount of hymns down as that is what Jack would have wanted. Connie asks Ty about Terry. Ty doesn’t want to be the one to tell Terry that he can’t come to the funeral but agrees to do it anyway. Molly runs over to the shop to ask if Ty called Terry. Molly tells Kevin that Ty is scared of calling. Ty calls and tells him that Jack has passed and Terry asks about a will. Ty gets upset and Terry tells him that he won’t be there and Ty gets mad because he wasn’t coming anyway. Kevin tells him that what matters is that Ty was a good son to Jack the way he is going to be a good dad to baby Jack.

Kevin is loosing it.

Kevin is gaping out while the girls are quacking in the background about Emily Bishop and their lesbian problems. Kevin returns home and Sophie and Sian tell everyone they are going to choir anyway. Rosie tells them to give up on religion calling it a “load of rubbish” Kevin gets upset and tells everyone to SHUT IT

NOW for my opinions:

I have a feeling that Nick is going to get his way in this one! The way that Leanne is putting up a fight and feeling so guilty… she LOVES Nick still and I can see this going somewhere!

John Stape is going to go COO COO BANANAS when he finds out Charlotte is doing all of this just to get in his pants. Why do women find him so appealing? I don’t!

Steve’s dear old dad is back for a visit. I hope that nothing crazy happens… Things are just getting back on track for Steve and Becks! I have a feeling Liz and Owen are going to get things messed up… but I don’t like Owen with Liz anyway!

POOR Michelle! I think she is in over her head! Once Carla stops feeling down about herself she is going to see that she made another poor choice for her office manager. OR Michelle will figure it out and run Janice Battersby outta there!

Peter is in for a shock but I think he has Carla there as a back up boink… we shall see!

Tyrone should be relieved that Terry isn’t coming. It would only mean he would be more upset at the funeral worrying about that. AND Jack didn’t even want him there anyway! I think Kevin is going to do something to mess it all up anyway…. perhaps at the after “party” all drunk and opening his big gob?

The Lass O’Gowrie

7 Years ago today the most famous marriage of convenience took place on Coronation Street. In order to secure the purchase of the unborn baby that Tracy claimed was Roy’s he made good and married her. Thank GOODNESS this isn’t the case now She is in jail and Roy has married his love Hailey.

Molly tells Pam everything!

Molly wants to rewrite the past and wants Kevin to forget as well. Then she tells Kevin sarcasticallythey should come clean. Kevin is silent and he can’t believe she hates him so much. Molly intends on lying to the baby for the rest of his life. Kevin promises to try. Sally wants to cuddle the baby and then Kevin says its time to go but agrees to stay for a few drinks. Later Pam comes over to do the dishes for Mol. She mentions that Kevin looked good. Molly spills to Pam that Kevin is the father and about the DNA test. Pam is shocked. “Kevin is 100% definitley my babys dad” Pam seems upset and can’t believe how self centered Kevin is. She tells Pam about Jack knowing about the results. Pam comforts Molly and she tells Pam about how great Jack was. Pam tells her that it was a mistake with a high price. She tells Pam that she wants to tell Tyrone so that he hates her as much as she hates herself. Pam tells her that if she loves her husband and her baby than they just need to lavish the baby with all the love in the world. Pam tells her that anytime she wants to confess to call and she will set her straight.

Carla tells Peter she has feelings for him

Carla tells Peter to leave but he won’t go. She wishes that she had drank more than 3 glasses to get a DUI. Peter makes her a tea as a text from Leanne comes in. Peter asks Carla what happened. Peter asks why she is mad at him. Carla avoids the subject. Peter tells Carla that she has to think responsibly. He tells her that she should get Hailey to be her designated driver. Peter tells her he won’t leave because she is not fine and wants to know what happened. She tells him that earlier that day she needed help but he flipped her off. He appologizes and she says she doesn’t want to be on his conscience. Carla said she has one big sorrow and its a biggie. Peter asks what it is… she says “It’s you ya big pillock” and he looks shocked. Carla comes out of the bathroom and Peter is still there. He tells her that he is flattered but he can’t get involved with her. Carla tells him not to worry about it. He knows that she is attractive and he tells her that she is off the scale. Calra leans in and kisses Peter and he pushes her back. He appologizes for giving mixed signals. Peter said he has let her down twice and he won’t go cause they can get past it as friends. Carla is embarrassed about what she said. Peter and Carla agree that they don’t want to loose their friendship. Peter tells her “We both got demons we can help each other” They agree no more mixed signals and no more confusion.

Leanne kisses NICK!

Leanne knows that Peter left and her feet hurt from her heels. Everyone is razzing Nick about Maria thinking that he  may have kissed her. Rosie tells Nick that they shouldn’t let anyone over 39 in the bar. Nick finds it hilarious. Leanne gets a text from Peter and looks sad. Nick asks where he went and she tells him that he is a sponsor to an alcoholic friend. Everyone else is going downtown and Nick and Leanne decline to join. They have a group hug that ends the night off with a  bang! Leanne has never been so glad to see such a mess.  Both Nick and Leanne are sober and he cracks a bottle of champagne. Leanne and Nick are drinking alone and Nick asks who props Leanne up when she needs support. Nick says the thought of being near her everyday helps him get up in the morning. “You’re magnificent…I’ll never throw you away again.” THEN Leanne kisses him. Jason and Rosie are snogging in the street when Rosie heads back to the bar and knocks on the door. Leanne opens the door and lets them in looking guilty as sin. They start looking around for Rosie’s phone. She finds it and they run out back to Jason’s. Leanne looks like she is going to be sick with guilt. Leanne is freaking out thinking that Rosie and Jason know. “I’m ENGAGED!” she yells Nick corrects her and says “We didn’t boink we made love” Nick defends himself when she accuses him of trapping her into it. She loves her life with Peter and Simon. She starts to cry and so does Nick and he tells her that she isn’t marrying Simon she is marrying Peter who is a charity case. Leanne runs off and Nick says “I’ve always loved you” she tells him to leave her alone she wants her charity case He replies “half an hour ago you were screaming in exstasy” and She slaps him Peter comes home and Leanne is pretending to be asleep. Peter feels guilty but so does Leanne.

Charlotte is the one leaving the notes!

John is reading the note and tells Fiz that it has to be about the Rosie kidnapping. He once again tells her that she should forget it. HE throws it out and then grabs it out of the trash. Fiz and John go to get a kabob and someone is watching. Charlotte drops a note in the door for Fiz.

NOW for my opinions:

Pam is so great. I’m glad that Molly has someone to confide in (even though I don’t agree with her actions) I think her aunt is a great support system.

WOW Carla… I never knew she had it in her. Perhaps being off the booze has shown her that she CAN love someone. The Ice Queen HAS A HEART!

I can’t believe that Leanne kissed Nick and then freaked out. I think they would make a cute couple and of course it would be easy enough for Peter to move on to Carla and Leanne to Nick but in Corrie fashion we know it will never happen like that!

I KNEW IT WAS CHARLOTTE leaving the notes! I was thrown off the scent by her constant denial but of course she is the only other person to know! I can’t wait for John to kill her off next!

Can Kevin keep his mouth shut?

Molly talks to the funeral directors and tells him that Ty is at work. Molly doesn’t think Ty is ready to make decisions about the funeral. Tyrone is sad that Kevin isn’t come round to talk to him. Kevin hasn’t even sent him a text and that annoys him. Molly tells Ty that this just how Kevin is. She suggests that Ty goes round and tlaks to Kev. Tyrone is at the garage talking to Kevin when Kevin finally asks how he is doing. Ty asks to do some work and Kevin says that Jack wouldn’t want him doing that and he agrees. Kevin locks up and Sally comes by with some Beef Stew for Molly and Ty. Tyrone invites Kev and Sal to eat the stew with them. He wants them to come by and distract him from his greif. At dinner Ty is talking about all the options for the funeral and Molly reminds him that they aren’t going to think about it. Sally talks about how Ty is the only person who stayed in Jack’s life. Sally tells him that he has already done what counts and the funeral will be fine no matter what he chosses. Sally envies Jack and Vera’s time. Molly disagrees saying that Vera did all the work. Molly says that her and Ty agree on most things. Tyrone says over his dead body that Molly will raise that baby on her own. Kevin thinks Sally has had too much to drink. Ty tells Sally that the baby snores and they run up to hear it. Molly tells Kevin he needs to get his act together. Molly tells Kevin that he can’t pass the burden of letting Jack die knowing the truth it is THEIR burden. She tells him to forget about the DNA results.

The Grand Opening!

Peter comes home with groceries and is shocked that Leanne is still home. Peter starts to give her advice on what to wear to the opening. Anna tells Ken that she wasn’t invited to the opening. Ken doesn’t think that he is going to the bar either. Leanne shows up in the dress that Peter picked and Nick is impressed. Leanne also invited the Gazette to come and review the opening. Leanne also drops the ball about Peter coming and Nick slinks off. He comes back and requests a team meeting. Carla stops Peter in the street looking for a talk and he runs off to get ready for the opening and doesn’t have time. Nick gives the new team a pep talk. “If the Joinery was a person it would be Leanne Battersby…” and they all toast to Leanne. Ciaran rolls out the red carpet for the opening. Everyone starts arriving and Jan gets discovered to have a bottle of vodka in her bag. She promises Julie that she won’t get any for ratting her out. Carla and Michelle laugh pretty much in her face. Leanne asks Peter if its too much for him and he carries her over the threshold. Carla tells Nick to not even think about it. Peter and Carla are standing sober and talking about Carla’s past. Cheryl avoids Peter with her drink tray like the plauge. Carla sees the drinks and her mouth waters. Chris starts to stalk Cheryl around the floor. Peter tells Carla that he doesn’t drink because he has something to live for and walks off to talk to see Leanne. Leanne grabs her right earring when she is bored and he wants to save her. Carla instantly grabs a drink and chugs it back Peter gives Leanne a chance to rank the night. She gives it a 8/10. They giggle and say “What would Blanche thought of this? All gone and No Dinner” Chris asks Cheryl what her problem is. Cheryl tells him that Lloyd is looking after his son that is why he isn’t there. Ken shows up and Carla grabs another drink. Ken tells Peter about what Anna said earlier. Ken wishes Leanne lots of luck. Trish from the Gazette shows up and Cheryl sits her down at the bar. Ciaran greets her friendly and Nick goes to shmooze her up. Chris starts to talk up Maria and she sneaks off quickly trying to avoid him. Peter asks Ken to give Si a kiss for him and goes back to see how Leanne is doing. Michelle and Ciaran are talking and she says she is jealous of him. Peter laughs over their shoulder. Peter’s phone rings and he sneaks off. Leanne and Nick are shmoozing the critic. The critic tells them they did a great job and leaves. Ciaran tells Michelle to forget about Liz. Leanne is looking for Peter and can’t find him. Leanne sees Nick and Maria flriting and runs off. Peter picks Carla up from jail after she is arrested for DUI. Peter looks disappointed and Carla is cranky.

John tells Fiz the letters are nothing

Fiz says that she having octuplets and John doesn’t even here her. He is thinking in his head about the person who knows what he did. Fiz starts reciting English terms and it makes John happy. Chesney comes home and grabs the mail and leaves again. Chesney helps Fiz with the groceries. Fiz checks the mail while talking to Ches. She finds the letter from whomever knows and reads it. Fiz tells John that she has been going crazy about the letter. John shrugs it off saying its a prank. John tells her to forget it.

NOW for my opinions:

Molly is the one who is getting more upset than anyone and I can’t believe that Ty hasn’t noticed. It must be that he is on one hand SAD that Jack has died and the other EXCITED about baby Jack. He just has no hands left to notice her problems. I hope the Kevin can keep it together!

This bar is going to be a mess for EVERYONE! I can’t believe that Carla got arrested! I also don’t know how Leanne and Nick plan on working together… seems like a problem waiting to happen!

Fiz is smarter than she lets on and I wish she could see through John’s lies. Hopefully she can get this all sorted out before something happens like John getting arrested.

Goodbye Jack.

Tyrone is just staring at the chair where Jack died. Connie brings him toast but he won’t eat. Connie said she had a dream that she had lost her handbag and all her precious memories. Ty is mad that he didn’t get to do some things with Jack before he went. He wishes he had a chance to say goodbye.Molly goes over to the shop and  Kevin apologized for the way he behaved and Molly tells him that Jack has died. Kevin thinks the baby is sick and then Molly tells him it was Jack Duckworth. Emily is telling Rita about how remembrance day is happy and sad at the same time. Connie comes in and Rita and Emily are laughing. Connie starts to cry when Rita and Emily ask what is wrong, she tells them about Jack. Rita closes her eyes when she realizes. Kevin says that it was the way to go. Molly tells him it was in his favorite chair. Molly tells him that Jack knew about Kevin being the father of her baby. Kevin’s jaw dropped. Molly feels bad and isn’t surprised that Kevin is worried about himself. When she comes home Tyrone is snuggling his baby Jack and telling him how great he is. Tyrone expects Jack to walk through the door at any moment. Rita comes in with Connie. When the mail man comes and Rita tells Tyrone “… it will get easier I promise” Molly opens the mail and its the picture of Jack with the Baby and she starts to cry. Rita is talking about how happy Jack must have been in his last days with his friends and family. Steve comes over to see Tyrone. Connie makes Steve a tea. Steve offers some drinks on the house in memory of Jack. Tyrone thinks it might be a good idea to get out cause he doesn’t like looking at the chair (which steve was sitting in not realizing.) Peter can’t believe he was the last one to talk to Jack. Peter shows Ciaran and John his last betting slip and he won £7.32. He wants to give the slip to Ty. Emily comes into the Roy’s to sell poppys and Emily can’t believe how brave Gary Windass is. Anna helps Emily sit cause she looks out of breath. Anna gets her a tea. Emily tells her it is a very sad day. Sophie and Sian are bombarding Emily and she walks off she is upset not trying to be rude but she is distraught over Jack’s passing. Tyrone and Molly go into the Rover’s and everyone is glad they did. Claire apologizes for Ty’s loss and Ashley hugs him. John and Fiz say that there is anything they can do they are there. Steve wants to pay homage to Jack by naming a barrel of beer named after him. Tyrone is happy to hear it. Betty and Emily are sitting quietly when Tyrone tells Rita about the name of the new pigeon “Racy Rita.” Peter hugs Tyrone and tells him how sorry he is. Peter gives Ty the betting slip. Sally and Kevin come in and Sally tells him how proud she is of him. Ashley tries to grab Claire’s hand and she pulls away. He tells her “WE have got to carry on Jack would want us to.” and she gets visibly upset. Emily feels bad that she blew off Sophie but Rita says she should forgive her if she asked. Tyrone tells Molly he is glad he came out of the house. Tyrone tells Emily and Rita that it was Jack who was giving all the gifts secretly. Emily wishes they could say thank you. Molly goes to Kevin and tells him that he needs to talk to Tyrone. “End of an Era is this. Lets raise our glasses to Jack.” says Rita Kevin and Molly are outside talking. Molly tells Kevin that she lied to Jack when she told Jack she loved Ty. Molly tells him that she can’t go on lying anymore.

Leanne is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Nick allows Owen and the crew back in to finish the work. Nick offers them tea as an apology and Leanne comes in and gets the cold shoulder from him. Leanne wants to make sure that everything will get done for tomorrow and Owen assures her. Nick gives Owen and Chris tickets to the opening. Leanne brings lunch for Nick and he shoots her down. Leanne calls him out on not being able to look her in the eye. He follows her to the back and he is trying to find his way through the mess. He just wants to kiss her and she doesn’t like hearing it. He agrees to not let his feelings get in the way. Leanne and Peter are running in the rain to the Rover’s Leanne asks Peter to come to the opening night and he isn’t sure. She wants him to be there by her side.

Remembrance day is special to Anna

Owen and Chris go to the Roy’s for “brunch” Owen tells Chris he is taking Liz to the opening and Chris tells him not to even mention it. Anna tells them how she loves to cook.

Emily gets BOMBARDED with Lesbian questions

Sophie and Sian are back home and Sophie is very sad about how Emily treated her. Now she wishes they never said anything to anyone about being gay.

NOW for my opinions:

I am so PROUD of Tyrone. He is really keeping things together and talking about his feelings. I know he will get through this part of his life. I wish his stupid wife would just go already BECAUSE she is so flip floppy! One minute she wants to tell him then she doesn’t and now she can’t live with the lie anymore. MAKE UP YOUR MIND MOLLY!

Nick is making a fool of himself. I wish he would just be the business man he always says he wants to be and smarten up already!

Anna is doing EXTREMELY well today for it being remembrance day and HER Gary being away…. Good on her!

Poor Sophie…. what will she ever do? I think it will all work out for her and she will be a stronger woman for it! I just hope she doesn’t loose Sian on the way!
