John discovers Charlotte's secret
Fiz is sitting alone and drinking a tea when John comes downstairs in the morning. He asks how long she has been up and she replies “Long enough for this (tea) to go cold” Fiz complains about how all this hassle is happening because of his need to go back into teaching. John tells her that if he could turn back the clock he would. Fiz feels bad about Mrs. Fishwick and John promises to go looking for Colin. Fiz is afraid the cops who are looking for their stocker will find out about the identity theft. Fiz goes to the bookies to tell John that she went to the cops and he tells her that he didn’t report it. Fiz tells him that she wanted to tell them to stop looking and he said that it will go away eventually. Kirk comes in and says he has a hot tip. John tells Fiz that he will be late cause he is gone to look for that “friend” Charlotte is shocked to hear that Colin’s mother showed up and presses John to find out if she will find out he is dead. Charlotte asks if his mom is the stocker and John says she is too old. Charlotte is scared and suggests that they scare her to death. John says its sick and looks disgusted. Charlotte tells John that she doesn’t hate him and he feels guilty for ruining her life. Charlotte tells him that they need each other because the stocker won’t leave them alone and “the only way to get through this is together” Charlotte passes out on John and he tries to sneak off while she is asleep. He starts to sneak off when he realizes the door is locked and the key is missing. He starts to snoop around to find the key. While snooping he finds Chesney’s keys and some paper with the letters cut out.
David isn't exactly excited to learn he has epilepsy
Gail stops Anna in the street to ask about Gary and Anna says she can’t wait for her to come home. Gail sees Graham and he looks around to make sure Tina doesn’t see him talking to her. He asks about David’s tests and she tells him that they will find out later that day. At the doctor’s office David, Gail and Audrey are ready to get the results of David’s tests. The Doctor reveals that David has epilepsy and that it could have been part of the reason the accident happened. David agrees that he was stressed at the time which could have triggered the black out. The Doctor says that there are no pills or an operation that will cure him but he can live a full life. Graham is at the clinic waiting to hear the results of David’s test and David tells him that it is epilepsy. Graham is happy to hear that David blacked out and accidently hit him. David is still pessimistic about everything but they agree to go out together for a pint.
Michelle snoops Carla's phone
Carla is calling Peter again when Michelle walks in and interrupts. Carla tells Michelle that she has to keep all office business in the office. She then sends Michelle to a vendors with her car and Michelle is confused. When Carla leaves the room Michelle grabs her cell and calls Peter back. Peter answers and Michelle knows its him. Leanne comes in and asks who keeps calling. Peter avoids the question when she asks who it is. Michelle goes into the Joinery for a drink and passes on a real drink cause she has the car. She calls Ciaran over for a minute and tells him that she caught Peter and Carla having a phone conversation. Ciran says that it has to be a lie and he doesn’t believe its true. Ciran repeats himself and says he doesn’t believe it. Michelle tells him she thinks that the car was given to her to keep her gob shut. Peter comes in and makes a joke about Ciaran and his best man speech. Leanne, Peter, Ciaran and Michelle are talking about the wedding plans and the differences between men and women. Ciaran asks Peter what he thinks of Carla giving Michelle the keys and Peter chalks it up to the whole Tony mess. Leanne then invites Michelle to the wedding and she says that she has to go and “keep an eye on Ciran“. Nick comes over and calls Ciaran into the kitchen and Michelle scurries off. Nick then asks Peter if Leanne can work late and Peter doesn’t put up a fight. Nick thanks Leanne for staying late and she flirts with him by saying he should stay until after she locks up. “It can be arranged” he replies Ciaran asks if Peter has been stepping out with Carla and that Michelle heard them. Ciaran said that he trusts Peter and Peter threatens to hurt him with the suggestion. He tells him to mind his own business and storms off.
Pam begs Molly not to tell Tyrone about the baby
Kevin runs into Pam on his way out of Roy’s and Kevin tells her how Molly wants to get back together. He asks her to help him to get Molly to stop bothering him. Pam gives Kevin a full ear about how she feels about the situation. Kevin makes sure that Pam is going to tell her to back off and she agrees reluctantly. Pam says that baby Jack is going to be a heart breaker just like “his mum” She asks Molly what she is doing and why she keeps pressing it. Molly asks her what business it is and says that she wants to be with Kevin and baby Jack and no one will stop her and that Kevin wants it deep down. Pam storms off leaving Molly with a crying baby. Molly tracks down Pam at the Rover’s and Pam says that they are going to work it all out because once she tells Ty everyone is going to fall out with her. Pam says that she sees how Kev looks at Sally and she knows he won’t leave her. Molly tells her that she loves Tyrone even though she has feelings for Kevin. Pam tells her that she has always needed Ty and that she isn’t the first to cheat and that there is no better father than Ty. Pam tells her that Tyrone is right that they should have a baby and make a proper family.
Gary knows what he has to do
Gary arrives back on the street and looks frustrated with his weak state. Kirk and Izzy come by and give condolences for Quinny. Izzy tells him that she will buy him a pint and to call when he is feeling better. The Windass house is very sombre and Eddie tells Anna that the car ride from the train station was silent which isn’t like Gary. Anna tells him to keep trying. She goes in and ask Gary if he needs any food and he tells her that he is fine. She says that it must have been terrible for him and it might help to talk about it. Eddie says that Kirk was right calling him a Hero. Gary says that Quinny is the real hero and he will tell his parents tomorrow what really happened and that they promised each other to tell their families the story. Eddie asks if he is up to going and Anna says it will be hard for Quinns family to hear it. Gary says that they should be lucky cause it would be the other way around if Quinn had lived. Izzy and Kirk go to the Joinery for a drink because she knows her father won’t find them there. They toast to Gary and worry that he isn’t alright.
NOW for my opinions:
FINALLY! I’m so glad that John now knows what is up with Charlotte and I know he is going to rationalize killing her or kidnapping her or something crazy! THINGS ARE HEATING UP!
I’m so proud of Graham cause I would never forgive my friend for hitting me even if it was from a medical condition. Makes me LOVE Graham MORE than I already do!
Good for Michelle… she was really getting walked all over by Carla and I’m glad she didn’t just give in like her brother… cough cough cough Liam did. I hope Ciran sorts this out!
Pam is such a good “mum” to Pam. She really is giving her good advice about this whole Kevin thing and I hope Molly takes it!
Gary is really gaining my respect. There was a while where I didn’t like him but he really is a stand up guy deep down!
